Museum Exhibits

The stars of the museum’s 64,000 square foot display are its 40 aircraft from warbirds of the World War II era to jet fighters used through the Cold War era conflicts. A P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, A-26 twin-engine invader bomber and Fiesler-Storch are among the highlights. There are also nearly 60 vintage and classic automobiles dating from 1908 to the mid 1980s located throughout the exhibit hanger. Permanent displays celebrate the individuals in flight history including Women in Aviation and the Wright Brothers, as well as lovingly restored artifacts like vintage gas pumps and model planes.
